Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance processes of the organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of accounting experience with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
– Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
– Manage and reconcile financial accounts
– Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and principles
– Support internal and external audits
– Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
– Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
