Job Title: Jr. Accounts Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial principles and practices to assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Responsibilities:
– Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
– Processing invoices and expense reports
– Reconciling bank statements and accounts
– Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
– Providing support in month-end and year-end closing procedures
– Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
– Performing other ad-hoc financial tasks as needed
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of financial regulations and practices
