Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to join a reputed car dealership in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong post-sales relationships and assisting with service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Maintain strong follow-up with customers for service reminders and feedback
Coordinate between customers and the service team for appointments
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Conduct feedback calls and surveys to evaluate service experience
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer relations or service coordination (automobile industry preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Female candidates preferred for customer-facing roles
