Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join a reputed car dealership in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Explain product features, financing options, and benefits
Coordinate and conduct test drives
Follow up with prospects and close sales
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Maintain documentation and reports as per company standards
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of cars and the automotive market
Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Knowledge of CRM or DMS software is a plus
