Responsibilities:
– Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the decision-making process.
– Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
– Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best recruitment practices.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
– Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and strategies.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
