We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Travel Desk Coordinator to manage and streamline travel arrangements for our team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient travel planning, smooth coordination, and excellent hospitality support within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Coordinate visa applications and travel documentation.
Negotiate with vendors and travel agencies to secure the best rates and services.
Maintain accurate travel records and expense reports.
Support office hospitality services for employees and guests.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in travel and visa booking systems.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
