Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive

Job Overview:
The Senior AR Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable functions within the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, conducting AR analysis, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Responsibilities:
– Generate and send out invoices to clients
– Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
– Reconcile account balances and resolve billing discrepancies
– Prepare and maintain AR reports
– Communicate with customers to address payment concerns and resolve any issues
– Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AR processes
– Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
– Proficient in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable
– Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
