Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Overview:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales operations within a designated geographical area. Their primary goal is to drive sales performance, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets set by the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
– Manage a team of sales representatives within the area, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure top performance.
– Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
– Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support product launches and promotions.
– Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the area.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role for at least 6 years.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
– Ability to analyze sales data and interpret trends.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Willingness to travel within the designated area.

Qualifications:
