Overview
Shine Plastics is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, grow market share, and manage the sales team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and effective execution.

Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Prepare sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment
Handle negotiations, contracts, and key account management
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies
Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional activities

Education / Qualification
B.Com (mandatory)

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Proven experience in sales management (plastics/manufacturing preferred)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to plan, analyze, and execute sales strategies
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools
Ability to travel as required
