Requirements and Skills:

– 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
– Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
