Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CASA Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, specifically in the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) domain. The CASA Sales Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our bank’s CASA products, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Actively prospect, acquire, and onboard new customers for CASA products.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
– Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.
– Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
– Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the CASA domain.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of banking products and services.
– Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the CASA domain.
