Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Overview:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for seeking out, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. They are responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensuring the best talent is identified and selected to meet the organization’s needs.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
– Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and job boards)
– Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
– Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
– Coordinate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs
– Develop a recruitment pipeline and maintain candidate databases
– Promote company’s reputation as an employer of choice
– Participate in job fairs and career events to attract potential candidates
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Proactive and results-driven attitude
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Previous internship or entry-level HR experience is a plus
– Strong passion for talent acquisition and recruitment
