Job Description

We are looking for a motivated PHP Laravel Developer to join our team. This position is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in PHP development, specifically using the Laravel framework. As a PHP Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications on Laravel framework.
  • Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
  • Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
  • Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
  • Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
  • Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
  • Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
  • Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
  • Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in PHP programming language.
  • Experience with PHP frameworks, preferably Laravel.
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM libraries (Eloquent).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
  • Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
