Job Description

XcelTec (A CMMI Level 5 Company) is looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at Ahmedabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
– Researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
– Presenting our products/services to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and proposing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
– Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
– Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, improve product offerings, and enhance the overall customer experience.
– Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.

 

Requirements:
– Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in IT sector.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
