Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer with hands-on expertise in Workday implementation and HRIS processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Core HCM and working experience with Integrations, EIBs/APIs, and Reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on Workday implementation and configuration activities
• Handle Core HCM modules and support Compensation/Benefits/Absence
• Build and maintain Workday integrations including EIBs and APIs
• Manage Workday reporting and dashboards
• Support data migration, QA/testing, and HRIS/HCM processes
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues
• Ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality across systems
Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM
• Experience in Workday integrations and reporting tools
• Knowledge of HR, benefits, compensation, and absence processes
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Workday Certification (preferred)
