Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Application Designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining the Workday system to meet the organization’s needs.

Responsibilities:
– Design, configure, and implement Workday solutions to support business processes.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful system integration.
– Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and integrations within the Workday platform.
– Provide support and troubleshooting for Workday applications and modules.
– Stay updated on Workday updates and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring and designing Workday applications.
– Strong understanding of Workday functionality and modules, such as HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
– Experience with Workday integrations, reports, and security configurations.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
– Workday certification is a plus.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven track record of successful Workday implementations and system enhancements.
