Title: Visa Counsellor
Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to guide clients through visa application processes for study, work, tourist, or immigration purposes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing client eligibility, providing accurate visa guidance, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and compliant application process.
Role & Responsibilities
Counsel clients on visa options based on their profile and requirements
Explain visa processes, documentation, timelines, and eligibility criteria
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries and visa categories
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents
Coordinate with embassies, universities, consultants, and third-party partners
Schedule appointments and manage visa application timelines
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
Follow up with clients regarding application status and additional requirements
Stay updated on immigration rules, visa policies, and country-specific guidelines
Handle client queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
Ensure all applications comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Certification or training in visa counselling or immigration services is an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of visa procedures and immigration policies
Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze client profiles and assess eligibility
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
