The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing incentive compensation solutions using Varicent software to drive sales performance and maximize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
– Develop, customize, and implement incentive compensation plans using Varicent ICM software.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
– Configure and maintain Varicent applications, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Varicent ICM platform.
– Develop reports and dashboards to analyze sales performance and compensation data.
– Stay up-to-date with Varicent software updates and best practices to optimize system performance.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience working with Varicent ICM software.
– Proficiency in Varicent system configuration, rule writing, and report development.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Varicent ICM certification is a plus.
– 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing Varicent ICM solutions.
