Responsibilities:

– Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates
– Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on the interview process
– Maintain candidate databases and keep track of candidate interactions
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
– Attention to detail and organizational skills
