Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
– Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
– Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
– Conduct reference checks and background verification
– Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires
– Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a US Recruiter
– Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
