We are seeking a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with at least 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates for various non-IT positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
– Source potential candidates through various channels.
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
– Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
– Extend job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
– Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role.
– Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
– Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
