Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through various channels.
– Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications.
– Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
– Negotiate job offers and conduct onboarding processes.
– Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide regular updates.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
– 0-3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role.
– Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals.
– Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
– Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
– Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
– Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations.
