We are seeking a US IT Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for our clients in the United States. This role will involve partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and recruit the best candidates in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and experience.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences.
– Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
– Maintain candidate databases and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements and Skills:
– 0-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in a US-based recruiting firm.
– Proven track record of successfully recruiting IT professionals.
– Familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
