Job Overview:
As a US IT Recruiter with 0 years of experience, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
– Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
– Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
– Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.
– Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards.
– Stay updated on industry trends and recruiting best practices.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
