Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital products. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design solutions that enhance user experience.
Resposblity
– Create user-centric designs that meet business objectives.
– Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements.
– Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
– Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
– Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Requirements and Skills:
– 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
– Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and best practices.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
– Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
– Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
