Job Overview:
As a Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing skills in your chosen field under the guidance and supervision of experienced team members. This role is designed for individuals with little to no prior work experience who are eager to gain hands-on training and knowledge in their desired career path.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors
– Learn and apply new skills and knowledge to daily work activities
– Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skill development
– Shadow experienced team members to gain practical experience
– Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong desire to learn and grow in the chosen field
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Basic computer skills
– Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges

– 1 year work experience required
– Willingness to commit to a training program
– Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
