The ideal candidate should have knowledge of tender procedures, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively for timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search and identify relevant tender opportunities
• Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
• Manage online tender portals and bidding processes
• Review tender requirements, terms, and conditions
• Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and information
• Maintain tender records and documentation
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Follow up on tender status and updates
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender submissions
• Maintain compliance with tender guidelines and procedures
