Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your goal will be to engage prospects, provide information, and ultimately generate sales leads for the company.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
– Promote products or services over the phone.
– Provide information about products or services to potential customers.
– Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
– Maintain a database of customer information.
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
– Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
– Good knowledge of sales techniques.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
