Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
• Provide counselling and guidance based on client needs
• Explain services and assist clients with queries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions/sales
• Maintain call records and update client information
• Use CRM tools like Zoho CRM or Salesforce
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Coordinate with internal teams
Required Skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good listening and counselling ability
• Basic knowledge of sales and client handling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
