Job Description:
Pramit Jain and Associates is looking for a detail-oriented Tax & Audit Associate to assist in taxation, auditing, and accounting activities. The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST filings
• Perform internal and statutory audit assignments
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports
• Maintain books of accounts and ledger records
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
• Prepare tax returns and support tax assessments
• Maintain audit documentation and working papers
• Coordinate with clients to collect financial information and documents
• Support senior team members in audit and taxation projects
Required Skills:
• Taxation and GST Compliance
• Direct and Indirect Tax Knowledge
• Internal and Statutory Audit
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Accounting Standards and Compliance
• Tally ERP and MS Excel Proficiency
• Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Management
Eligibility:
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter Preferred
• 1 to 2 Years of Experience
• Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and accounting required
