Job Description
Moon Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements.
Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Track project performance and prepare status reports.
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, designers, QA teams, and business analysts.
Manage client communication and provide regular project updates.
