Job Description
PIXSTER STUDIO is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.
