Job Description:
Deogiri Institute of Technology and Management is looking for an experienced and responsible Account Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage financial processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial transactions
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage and guide the accounts team
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• GST, TDS, and Taxation Knowledge
• Financial Reporting and MIS
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Management
• Budgeting and Cash Flow Management
• MS Excel and MS Office
• Team Leadership and Client Coordination
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Eligibility:
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Preferred
• 5+ Years of Experience in Accounting / Finance
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills required
