• Assist in project planning and task management

• Track project progress and prepare status reports

• Monitor project deliverables and deadlines
• Identify and escalate project risks or issues
• Support Agile/Scrum processes and team coordination
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Ensure smooth communication across departments
