Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience to lead and coordinate technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
– Manage the full life cycle of technical projects, from conception to delivery
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
– Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
– Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
– Collaborate with technical teams to drive project execution and delivery
– Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
– Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
– 10+ years of experience in technical project management
– Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects
– Strong leadership and team-building skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
– Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
– Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired
– Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
– Extensive experience in technical program management
