Job Description

Job Title: Teacher (Class 1 to 5)

Location: Nehru Vihar, North East Delhi (Near Mukherjee Nagar)

Salary:

Up to ₹10,000 (Freshers)
Up to ₹12,000 (Experienced, based on interview performance)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Teach students from Class 1 to 5 in a variety of subjects (depending on the school curriculum).
Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the educational needs of all students.
Ensure the classroom is organized, safe, and conducive to learning.
Track and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff about student progress and concerns.
Participate in school meetings, workshops, and other educational activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade and above.
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching young children.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Creativity in designing lesson plans and activities.
Basic computer literacy for teaching purposes and administrative tasks.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Preferred:
Previous teaching experience in a school environment.
Knowledge of the latest teaching methods and educational tools.
