Job Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to meet our organization’s needs.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
– Source candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals
– Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
– Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms with candidates
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
– Build strong relationships with potential candidates to maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
– Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
