Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs. This role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
– Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
– Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
– Manage and track candidate progress through the recruitment process.
– Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment activities.
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
– Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
– Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
