The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes
• Maintain recruitment records and reports
• Understand hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices
