Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support
• Generate leads and identify business opportunities
• Achieve sales and relationship management targets
• Promote banking products and services
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare reports and updates as required
