Job Description:
ASCENDUM SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
