Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
– Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
– Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the position.
– Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
– Negotiate job offers and prepare employment contracts.
– Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
– Stay abreast of trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing and employment law.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
