Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and engaging top talent for the organization. They play a crucial role in the recruitment process by identifying and acquiring candidates that align with the company’s goals and values. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions
– Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
– Coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs and virtual career fairs
– Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding of new hires
– Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
– Proficiency in using recruiting software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
– Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition
– Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
