Responsibilities:
– Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
– Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
– Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
– Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
– Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
