Job Summary
BCE Global Tech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Support Analyst with 5+ years of experience in providing technical support and maintaining enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and support end-users while maintaining high service standards and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain enterprise systems and applications
Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve system issues
Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
Maintain incident logs and prepare support documentation
Ensure system security, backups, and data integrity
Participate in IT audits and compliance processes
Required Skills
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Experience with ticketing tools and IT service management processes
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with system monitoring tools
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Shell scripting) is a plus
Familiarity with databases and application support
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and customer support abilities
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5+ years of experience in system support or IT operations
Experience in enterprise IT environments
Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
