Job Overview
Huptech Web Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Web Designer to lead the design of visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The role involves translating business requirements into engaging digital experiences while maintaining high design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality website layouts and UI designs
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Ensure designs are responsive, user-friendly, and visually consistent
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Maintain and follow brand guidelines and design systems
Review and improve existing website designs for usability and performance
Mentor junior designers and provide design guidance
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
Required Skills
Strong expertise in UI/UX and web design principles
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or similar tools
Experience in designing responsive and mobile-first websites
Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and UX best practices
Excellent visual design skills (typography, color, layout)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and leadership skills
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Design, Fine Arts, IT, or related field (preferred)
3–6 years of experience in web or UI design
Strong design portfolio showcasing web design projects
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
