Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)

Work Mode: Hybrid (On-site + Remote as per project requirement)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sr. PeopleSoft Consultant with strong techno-functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in NA Payroll and related modules, along with hands-on technical capabilities using PeopleTools. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, suitable for a senior-level consultant ready to lead functional and technical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
Develop and support solutions in PeopleSoft HCM using PeopleTools and related technologies.
Work on configuration and customization of modules like Setup HCM, NA Payroll, ESS, MSS, and Compensation.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure system performance and accuracy.
Participate in upgrades, patching, and system integration activities.
Communicate directly with clients for requirement gathering and issue resolution.
Maintain system compliance, data accuracy, and documentation.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a techno-functional PeopleSoft HCM role.
Expertise in PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher.
Strong hands-on knowledge of PeopleTools 8.x or above.
Deep understanding of HR and NA Payroll processes.
Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hybrid or client-facing roles.
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
