Job Description

One of our client Gurully is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. You will work closely with the Management to ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Requirement:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in using payroll software and systems(KEKA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Budget: Maximum ₹480,000 per year.

Role and responsibility:

Process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Maintain employee records, including payroll deductions, benefits, and taxes.
Prepare and file payroll reports to government agencies.
Assist with the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers.
Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the Management to ensure payroll compliance.
