Job Title: Software Tester (Manual) – Experienced
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Software Tester with a strong background in manual testing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a focus on ensuring the quality
and functionality of our applications. The Software Tester (Manual) will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure the stability and reliability of software applications
– Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
– Perform regression testing to validate software changes and updates
– Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance product quality
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies in software testing
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in manual software testing
– Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
– Experience with test planning, test case design, and test execution
– Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Good communication and interpersonal abilities
– ISTQB certification is a plus
