Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications by designing and implementing testing processes, identifying defects, and providing recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities:
– Create and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures based on project requirements.
– Identify, record, and document bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner.
– Collaborate with software developers and project managers to resolve issues and enhance software performance.
– Perform regression testing to validate software quality and functionality.
– Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to increase efficiency and accuracy.
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing tools.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– 3 years of experience as a Software Tester.
– Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus.
– Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– 3 years of experience as a Software Tester.
